NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Tennessee in the Open Meetings Act, codified at Tenn. Code Ann. §8-44-101 et seq., the following is published and made known to all interested persons:

The Bartlett City Board of Education will meet on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. in Bartlett City Hall at 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134.

At the above referenced time and location, the Bartlett City Board of Education will hold its meeting to address board concerns and approve board items. Any interested persons who wish to speak are invited to attend.

PLEASE NOTE: The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) E-Rate program requires that a public hearing be completed to inform the public of the Bartlett City Schools CIPA Compliance Internet Policy for students. Bartlett City Schools Policy 1021: Use of the Internet and Internet Safety and Bartlett City Schools Policy 6002: Student Discrimination, Harassment, Bullying, and Cyber-Bullying and Intimidation are open for public comment and hard copies are available for review during the Bartlett City Board of Education regular Business Meeting at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134.
