Bartlett City Schools (BCS) is a top-performing public school district dedicated to academic excellence, innovation, and student success. Serving the vibrant community of Bartlett, Tennessee, BCS provides a high-quality education for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Since its establishment in 2014, BCS has grown into a district known for its strong academic programs, dedicated educators, and supportive community partnerships. Our schools offer a well-rounded curriculum, advanced technology integration, and a variety of extracurricular activities designed to prepare students for future success.

Exemplary District Status: BCS has been honored with the Exemplary District designation by the Tennessee Department of Education, reflecting our commitment to academic excellence and student growth. 

Reward Schools: Several of our schools have earned the Reward School designation, placing them among the top schools in the state for academic achievement and student growth. 

Top Workplace: BCS has been named a Top Workplace from 2017-2025, reflecting our positive work environment and commitment to employee satisfaction. BCS has also received the Values Award, Training Award, as well as Superintendent Stephens receiving the Leadership Award.

TVAAS Level 5 District: BCS has been named a Level 5 District, which marks the highest level of evaluation that works to ensure accountability by measuring our school’s effectiveness in advancing student learning.
