Welcome to Bartlett City Schools as we begin our 13th academic year! It is an honor to serve alongside a team of dedicated professionals who continue to set the standard for excellence across our district.

After over a decade, our mission remains clear- to empower every student to reach their fullest potential in a safe and supportive environment. That work is made possible through you. Whether in the classroom, or leading at the school or district level, your commitment and care directly shape the experiences and outcomes of our students each day.

As we enter this new school year, we do so with both pride in our progress and a focus on what lies ahead. Bartlett City Schools continues to grow and evolve, and our strength is rooted in a culture of collaboration, high expectations, and continuous improvement. It is because of our outstanding and dedicated employees that we continue to be recognized as a Top Workplace in our region and as a leading school district across the state.
