Information On Our Student Laptops

Dear BHS Parents,

Good news! Bartlett City Schools online payment for our 1:1 device insurance is live. In an effort to distribute laptops as quickly as possible, students in grades 10-12 who were issued laptops last year will be eligible to pick up their device Tuesday, August 1 during B Ready Day. All financial obligations from the 2016-17 school year must be cleared before laptops are issued.

The insurance fees are the same as last year. Families with one student device pay $50, two student devices (from the same family) will pay $75, and a family with three or more student devices will pay $100. In the online portal, you will select the appropriate option and then fill in the name and school of each child. Once payment has been made, print the receipt. Students picking up their device will need to bring the receipt and a signed parent permission & acknowledgement form (attached to this email) to the BHS library. You may access the portal at:

Students may make payment by cash or check in their assigned homeroom during B Ready Day.  They will still need the completed parent permission and acknowledgment form and their receipt before proceeding to the library.  If you have students at another BCS campus we ask that you use the online option.

Be aware that at times lines could be long on B Ready Day at BHS. If so, feel free to come back at a later time during the day.  If you are unable to pick up your device by 3:30 p.m., devices will be issued the first week of school.

All other campuses will begin distribution of laptops in the coming weeks.
