 1. Can you please provide the Meal and Revenue Report for the 2018-2019 School year for the High School?

2. Please provide your total PAL dollars for the 2019-20 school year. Along with the amount that will be allocated to the High School.

 

Total PAL for District is $169,295.00      High School is $42,323.75

 

3. On page 2 there is vendor information for purchasing that all FSMC will be able to review. Can you please provide the product information for provided distributors?  Additionally if the FSMC has better pricing for the same or like product will the awarded vendor be allowed to use a different distributor?

 

No.  Must use current bids for the first six months.  Bids available in Purchasing for review as stated in the RFP

 

4. Please provide a detailed labor schedule for the High School including the position, daily scheduled hours, hourly rate and total number of paid days including any PTO, vacation, holiday or sick pay.

 1. Page 2 item #6…Please advise what you are stating. Is the successful proposer to use the vendors listed for 6 months of the life of the contract over 4 ½ years?

 

No, just the initial 6 months

 

 2. Will the district remain purchasing or will the successful proposer purchase. If so, we will need to see the current bids in place in order to propose the best price.

 

The successful proposer will work through our manager who will still be employed by Bartlett to do the ordering from our current vendors for the first six (6) months

 

3. Please provide a SY 2018-2019 Revenue and operating Expense Report for the High School

The Food Service program is not audited separately from Bartlett City Schools which is a part of the City of Bartlett audit

District RFP Pricing Clarifications:

Request for Proposal Pricing Sheet in RFP asks for a Total Lump Sum Bartlett High School $________

The above would be for the initial eighteen months contract.  In addition, specify somewhere in your Fee Section of your proposal response the Total Lump Cost for 1.1.20-6.30.20 and Total Lump Cost for 7.1.20-6.30.21 for the first eighteen months contract.  Include a further breakdown of cost for both periods, i.e. administration cost, management fee, controllable/non-controllable cost, etc...
