The student will Create a goal that they would like to achieve during the week. Here are some examples: 1. Log 10,000 steps a day 2. Walk for 20 minutes a day 3. Walk the dog twice a day 4. Do 50 push-ups a day 5. Do 50 sit ups a day 6. Jog/walk a mile without stopping Write down your goal somewhere and display somewhere you will see it! List steps on how you will accomplish the goal.
