New Hires


As a new employee of BCS, it is necessary for you to register and attend a New Employee Processing session to complete employment forms. At these sessions you will learn about benefits, insurance, receive your BCS email address and we will take your photo for your Employee ID.


Required Items:

Valid Drivers License and Social Security Card
Voided Blank Check for payroll direct deposit
Return all new hire paperwork to Meagan Fertig, Human Resources Clerk.  


All sessions will be held in the conference room at Bartlett City Schools Central Office: 5650 Woodlawn Street, Bartlett 38134. We are the last building on the left side, when facing Bartlett High (look for the brown railings at our entryway).



Registration for New Employee Processing sessions is scheduled via email through SearchSoft.


***New teachers with teaching experience that is not documented on their TN teaching license must complete the experience verification form to receive proper credit on the salary scale.
