New Students Only
From May 29 - June 6, registration will be held at your student's zoned or approved school from 7:30 to 11:00 and 1:00 to 4:00.
From June 11 - July 12, registration will be held at the district office (5650 Woodlawn St.) for K-9th and at the Bartlett High attendance office for 10th-12th on Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00 and Tuesday 7:30 to 11:30. There will be no registration the week of July 2-5.
From July 17 - August 3, registration will be held at your student's zoned or approved school. Hours will be posted soon.
All schools and district offices will be closed on Fridays through July 20.
Your snapcode will be e-mailed by May 7. If you cannot find the e-mail, please check your junk or spam folder first. You may contact the attendance clerk at the school if you need more assistance. Registration for returning students should be completed by May 31, 2018.
Before you proceed with the on-line registration process, you must have all your documentation scanned and ready to upload (i.e. two current proofs of residency, shared residency affidavit, parenting plan). Please carefully check all spelling, capitalization, and punctuation as it is entered. All required fields (noted with a red asterisk) must be completed before the form may be submitted. If you experience any difficulty, please contact the enrolling school's attendance clerk.
Any new shared residency must schedule an appointment with Student Services before completing the on-line registration. Appointments may be scheduled beginning May 29 by contacting Student Services at 202-0855 (Option 1 or Ext. #2238).

Acceptable Proofs of Residency
- Most recent MLG&W bill (no cut-off notices or Bartlett water bills)
- Current mortgage statement or deed of the homeowner
- Lease of the lessee of the home
- Rental agreement of the renter of the home
- Current real-estate tax receipt of the homeowner
- Current public assistance/government benefits check, card, or papers
for information regarding shared residency.
Updated Tennessee immunization records for new students and 7th graders must be submitted to the school before the student attends school on August 13. If you already have an updated record, you may scan and upload that form when you complete the on-line registration. Please contact Geniese Bolden if you have questions (202-0855 Ext. #2271).
Be Ready Day will be on August 7. All families are encouraged to attend this day. Families may join the PTA/PTO, drop off school supplies, get transportation information, tour the building, meet with the nurse, etc. Only families who have completed the on-line registration by July 1, 2018, will be able to meet their classroom teacher and/or pick up their classroom schedule.
