Dr. Brad Ratliff - Bio
Dr. Brad Ratliff was first elected to the Bartlett City Board of Education in 2020 and was re-elected in 2024. He currently serves as the Board’s Tennessee Legislative Network Representative, advocating for policies that support and enhance education in our community.
With over two decades of experience in full-time ministry, Brad has demonstrated unwavering dedication to serving others. His ministry journey has encompassed various roles, including nursery, college ministry, and worship leadership. He currently serves as a Teaching Pastor at New Hope Christian Church, where he continues to inspire and educate through his leadership.
Beyond his pastoral duties, Brad has successfully led capital campaigns focused on facility expansion and debt elimination. He holds a Master's degree in Biblical Teaching and Leadership and has recently completed his PhD. Brad, and his wife Jenny, have been committed to Bartlett through various events and activities. Brad’s devotion to education, leadership, and community engagement makes him a valuable asset to the Bartlett City Board of Education.
