NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Tennessee in the Open Meetings Act, codified at Tenn.
Code Ann. §8-44-101 et seq., the following is published and made known to all interested
persons:

The Interlocal Health Benefits Committee will meet on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at
Lakeland Schools Admin, 3009 Davies Plantation Rd. Lakeland, TN 38002.

At the above referenced time and location, the Interlocal Health Benefits Committee will hold a
REGULAR BOARD MEETING to address board business.

Per the Tennessee Department of Health, the public may attend in-person with no in-person
restrictions.
