Jaime Bissa - Professional Development & Evaluation Supervisor

Ms. Bissa has been an educator for 21 years in various teaching, leadership, and administrative roles. As a former consultant with the International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE), Ms. Bissa lead school innovation efforts across the nation, and delivered thousands of hours of professional development and leadership and instructional coaching for education professionals supporting grades PK-12. 

Joan Gatewood - Lead Instructional Coach
Mrs. Gatewood has been an educator for over 20 years and has extensive experience teaching in grade levels kindergarten to eight grade. She has served Bartlett schools for most of her career, having taught at Appling Middle School for eleven (11) years before becoming the Instructional Facilitator at Altruria Elementary School, where she has served for the past six (6) years. Mrs. Gatewood has also served the Tennessee Department of Education as a TNCore Coach for middle school language arts. 

Sarah Harris - Lead Mathematical Instructional Coach
Mrs. Harris earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education from the University of Memphis and earned her Master’s Plus 45 from Cumberland University in Lebanon Tennessee. Her professional teaching career began in 1987 with Legacy Memphis City Schools (MCS) and starting in 1990 with Legacy Shelby County Schools (SCS). For the last 30 plus years, through the MCS and SCS merger and the establishment of Bartlett City Schools, Mrs. Harris has taught at Oak Elementary School. During her career, she has mentored numerous student teachers, novice teachers, as well as seasoned teachers. While at Oak Elementary, in addition to her teaching responsibilities, she was the Focused Assessment Leader for two years and the Instructional Coach for the past four years. 
 
Jessica Price - High School Instructional Coach
Mrs. Price has been an educator for nearly ten years having spent the last eight years teaching biology, biology honors, and physical science at our Bartlett Ninth Grade Academy. Prior to Bartlett City Schools she was a teacher and volleyball coach at Millington Central High School. Through her roles within Bartlett City Schools, Mrs. Price has also served as an Instructional Coach, ACE Cohort committee leader, served on the school’s leadership team, led professional development sessions, and conducted new teacher observations.
