Dear BCS Teachers and Families,
We are not able to access our parts and/or loaner devices for repairs during the current Stay at Home order. Once this has been lifted or further guidance has been given, we will communicate that as well as reach out to all who have submitted tickets. In the meantime, please continue to submit repair tickets and we will address each one as soon as we can.

Our goal to provide you with the quickest and best service for all of your technology repair issues. The easiest way to obtain service is to submit a Technology Support Request through our online ticketing system (click the link below). In most cases, 2-3 minutes is all it will take and you will only need to enter a few pieces of information, all on one screen. You will be able to track your request and receive email updates. Please help us become more efficient by entering your requests here!
To help us process tickets, efficiently please be sure to complete all fields:
1. Be sure to include the current school you are assigned. (Bartlett High School and Bartlett 9th Grade Academy are different locations.)
2. Please give a phone number where you maybe contacted.
3. Create a "NEW" ticket - if it is a previously "CLOSED" issue, and even if it is re-occuring.
