Exciting news from Rivercrest Elementary School - The TN STEM Innovation Network and the TN Department of Education have certified Rivercrest Elementary a TN STEAM Designated School!
Rivercrest Elementary has demonstrated that they provide an innovative learning environment where STEM/STEAM-related experiences are integrated in their curriculum. The review team stated they, "especially enjoyed seeing the students in action solving real-world issues and hearing how students are using engineering design process with a recursive nature to seek solutions for their work."
Congratulations to the Rivercrest Elementary School team, led by Principal Sharonda Rose. We are proud of RES and the students for this amazing accomplishment!
