If a student resides with his/her parent, legal guardian, or custodian in the home of someone else, the following affidavit and notification of penalties must be completed in order to enroll a student in Bartlett City Schools. This is in addition to the required, standard registration documents. All presented proofs of residency must be current. Also, all occupants must be listed on any lease or rental agreement that is provided as a proof of residence for the shared residency.

The families of new students and returning students who establish a new shared residency must bring their documentation to Student Services. No emails or faxes of shared residency documentation will be accepted. Once a supervisor has reviewed the documentation, an appointment will be scheduled to finalize the shared residency.
The families of returning students who reside at an already approved shared residency may scan and upload their residency documents into their students' on-line registration.
Student Services reserves the right to request additional information or documentation and/or perform residency investigations as the department deems appropriate to validate residency.
