If a student resides with his/her parent, legal guardian, or custodian in the home of someone else, the following affidavit and notification of penalties must be completed in order to enroll a student in Bartlett City Schools. This is in addition to the required, standard registration documents. All presented proofs of residency must be current. Also, all occupants must be listed on any lease or rental agreement that is provided as a proof of residence for the shared residency.
New students and families to the district must schedule an appointment with Student Services to verify documentation 901-202-0855 Ext. #2238.
Returning students and families may contact their school(s) regarding their documentation.
