Extend the learning by looking up information about natural resources and how we use them to produce products. Some examples are sheep producing wool and yarn, geese producing feathers, maple trees producing maple syrup.

You could make a poster to see how many different resources you can find and the products we receive from them or you could make it into a matching game for the family to play.

Put the resource on a card and put the product on a different card. Make several cards and see if your family can match the correct cards to one another.
