Have your student watch a youtube video about a cultural event in Spain and complete a listening assessment of the listening sample. They should submit their work to their Spanish teacher.
 
Student Instructions
Watch the YouTube video from the channel Dreaming Spanish about the cultural event of building human towers called "Castells de Taragona" in Spain. Remember, you can add subtitles, slow down the speech, and more to make more sense of the Spanish. After watching, complete the attached listening assessment that works as a summary of the listening sample. At the bottom, you may also include your opinion of the cultural event written in Spanish. When you finish the assessment, submit it to your Spanish teacher.

Also include a few things you like to do for fun, or in general things you like. When you are finished writing your journal, submit it to your Spanish teacher for feedback.

Practice with the link above to conjuguemos.com and choose your Spanish verb group according to your Spanish level (examples: Spanish 1: all present tense verbs; Spanish 2: either preterite tense (all verb types) or imperfect tense (all verbs); Spanish 3: either future tense (all verbs) or subjunctive mood). Do the verb conjugation "graded practice" and keep going until you get a 100%. Screenshot your results and send to your Spanish teacher via email.
